COD MW4 Valeria Garza

Spoiler-light MW4 premise with earlier-game recap context. No unverified final-fate claim.

Valeria Garza returns in MW4 as the cartel figure forced into an uneasy alliance with Captain Price. Activision’s Campaign overview establishes that alliance, and Variety credits María Elisa Camargo as Valeria. Her Vault operator content is a separate entitlement and does not prove a character outcome in the story.

Why Valeria and Price are working together

The official Campaign overview calls the arrangement an uneasy alliance and places it among Price’s illicit operations. GameSpot’s original Campaign review describes Price using the cartel connection to reach a threat linked to Makarov.

That makes Valeria part of Price’s story strand, rather than a member of Park’s Korean squad. Her alliance should not be read as an announcement that her past conflicts or motives have disappeared.

The earlier events that matter

The official reboot recap identifies Valeria as the leader of the Las Almas Cartel involved in smuggling the stolen missiles into North America. That earlier transaction helps explain why her network matters to off-the-books operations.

The story recap gives the wider Shepherd and Task Force 141 context. This page stops at the supported premise instead of treating speculation about a later cutscene as a known outcome.

Performance and operator appearances

María Elisa Camargo is the performer named by Variety’s interview. The Vault Edition’s Hostile Alliance pack separately lists Valeria, including masked and unmasked variants in the edition details.

A skin identifies content you can equip. It does not establish Campaign survival, faction changes or an alternative ending. Compare Vault’s included content if your question is about buying the operator appearance.
